My personal make-up philosophy is always ‘less is more’. For example, I would rather highlight my favourite features than apply too much product on my face. My everyday make-up look consists of: sunblock, highlighters, blush, bronzers, eye shadow, brow pencil, mascara and a lippie – usually of neutral tones, pretty effortless I must say.

Hence I was thrilled to receive a box of Benefit’s Feelin’ Dandy Lip and Cheek kit for my review. I LOVE Benefit – from their products to their packaging. Some of my favourites include the High Beam, Benetint, Rollerlash. I feel like their products target the busy urbanites who want to look good at a reasonable price, and in the shortest possible time.
The Benefit Feelin’ Dandy make-up kit consists of: Posie Lip Tint, High Beam, Dandelion Blush & Brush, and Dandelion Lip Gloss.
My favourites from the Benefit Feelin’ Dandy kit?
I love the Posie Lip Tint because of its easy application. It is slightly sheer and pink, suitable for daily wear. Apply it on your cheek and lips for a fresh and alluring look. Layer on with the Dandelion Lip Gloss for some extra shine.
I also like the High Beam because it makes my face glow. Apply it on your cheekbones and on your brow bones for a dewy post-vacation look. Even if you don’t feel like a million-bucks, you can look like the part, right?
What occasions can you wear this look to?
It is highly versatile and so you can wear this look to romantic dates, girly brunches, work and school. Just mix it up with your favourite make-up, like what I did.
Is it worth it?
Yes! It’s not only pleasing to the eye, but also easy to apply and perfect to take you from work to play. What’s there not to like?
